Let God do it His way.

2Chro. 20:15…………. ” Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of
this great multitude; for the battle is not your’s, but God’s.”

If there is one thing we as children of God must learn to do, it is that we must trust Him to
the point of letting Him have His way and do as He wills, unfortunately, however, many of us
even though profess to have surrendered our lives to Him, still hold on tenaciously to the
strings, thereby denying Him full control. Another thing that we need to come to terms with is
that with God, it is either all or nothing. You either let Him have the all of you, He will not
accept a part of you. He does not share!

If we trust Him like the men of old like Abraham, of whom we have a testimony in
Rom.4:20-21
“he staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to
God; and being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.”
Although, the situation in the life of Abraham at the time was a hopeless one, yet , he trusted the
Lord, and he was not disappointed, the self-help that he and his wife did is still a problem to the
entire world today. In 2 Chro. 20, Jehosaphat trusted God to help him against three mighty and
wealthy nations that came against him, he did not second guess the promises of God, neither
sought help from any other, and by the end of the day, he was victorious and amassed so much
wealth that it took three days to collect.

2Chro. 20:20
“………… Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God,
so shall ye be established………”Your establishment, victory and success in life is hinged on your believing and trusting in God,
quite trying self-help, stop chasing help through mediums and men, all of these will lead to
untold hardship and pain.

Ps.16:4
“Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god……”
Beloved, surrender all your worries and concerns to God and trust Him with the totality of your
life, and see Him turn things in your favour.
